Litchfield National Park
Northern Territory, Australia
Litchfield National Park is located about 130 km from Darwin and 268 km north of Katherine. The area was declared a National Park in 1986 and comprises 143 square km. To many it is a better alternatve to Kakadu National Park. While this is debatable, it certainly is more accessible from Darwin.
