Clare's Classic Curry Dish

Equipment Needed
- two gas burner
- two pots
Ingredients
- curry sauce
- rice
- water
- dash of oil
- onion x 1, diced
- meat and/or vegetables, cubed. You can use chicken, beef or lamb. For vegetables, you could use potato, pumkin, green beans, sweet potato.
Instructions
- In one pot cook the onion in a little oil, then add the meat and vegetables. Continue until nearly cooked, then add the curry sauce. Simmer until rice is ready
- In the other pot, cook the rice
Variations
- instead of the meat, you could use a can of chick peas.
